KNP Development has formed a joint venture to develop a 5.78-acre land parcel in Taiping, Perak, into a housing development project.

Construction commenced on a residential development comprising 35 units of double-storey terrace houses at Desa Tekkah Sentosa, Taiping, Perak. The project is anticipated to be completed by 2026.

All Season Projects has formed a project management team to develop a 7.89-acre land parcel in Ipoh, Perak, into a housing development project.
